Certification must have been completed after 1 July 2008 and before 31 Dec 2008. To validate your certification please provide your e-mail address and the certification ID number located on the bottom left hand corner of your certificate and is a combination of letters and numbers (e.g. CVCSxxxxxxxxxxxx).
