SystemCare Review Services
CommVault SystemCare Services offers the customer a "concierge-approach" to creating a suite of services based on their specific needs in the areas of QiNetix Site Review, New Release Upgrade and Resident Systems Engineer Support. CommVault Site Review provides a current state analysis designed to ensure the CommVault solution is optimized to meet the customer's business requirements. Performance levels, scheduling, retention requirements, and media usage are reviewed to verify an efficient design of the CommVault solution. New Release Upgrade provides software upgrade for the Common Technology Engine and iDataAgents within the customer's environment to the current GA release from up to two prior release versions. In addition, the CommVault team will provide a basic knowledge transfer of CommVault new feature/functionality within Galaxy to customer administrators. The Resident Systems Engineer service is designed to ensure the CommVault solution continues to meet the customer's SLAs, based on their business requirements. A CommVault engineer can be provided to monitor and control performance levels, schedules, retention requirements, and media usage to maintain an efficient design and operation of the CommVault System.
