The Best of Microsoft: Its People and Its Latest Technology, Including Artificial Intelligence - Enhanced With Commvault
Joint Executive Briefing to highlight the best of Commvault and Microsoft — along with its latest advancements in AI
Commvault’s strategic partnership with Microsoft began 20 years ago when I had the idea of leveraging Microsoft infrastructure to develop and deliver the most comprehensive data management platform and solution. Microsoft delivered the infrastructure, and looking back I'd like to say we “bet the company on Microsoft." It's a bet that - from our market leadership and analyst praise - has paid off for tens of thousands of Commvault customers and our ever growing partner ecosystem.
Microsoft people make Microsoft technology even better
There is no doubt that Microsoft technology is industry leading. However, the best part of Microsoft turns out to be its people. I’ve been fortunate to share the Commvault story and vision with many Microsoft senior leaders over the years. One of its key visionaries I’ve been lucky to collaborate with (and share many great dinners) is good friend and Microsoft Corporate Vice President Steve Guggenheimer (@StevenGuggs). Steve’s held several executive responsibilities for Microsoft over the years. He now leads Microsoft’s efforts in what I consider to be the next “big thing” - namely, Artificial Intelligence (AI).
We have expert teams to assist our customers’ journey to leverage AI. Members of Steve’s team have been providing entertaining education on what customers can do with their data and AI in our series of Digital Transformation Workshops taking place around the world. Sara Nagy (@SaraNagy), Sean Alexander (@SeanAlex) and Orville McDonald (@OrvilleM) are a few of Microsoft’s AI experts who have demonstrated the “way cool” things to do with data via Microsoft’s initiatives in AI.
Why you don’t want to miss March 5
On March 5 in Redmond, Va., Steve and I will discuss history, talk about using Azure for SaaS and focus on exciting developments in how Commvault can help your organization take full advantage of Microsoft’s AI tools - such as Cognitive Services - to gain more value from your data and improve the performance of your business. We may even sneak in a chat about how you can acquire some “free” Commvault and “free” Azure, as Microsoft prefers us to refer to it (join us to learn more!).
If you get a chance to listen/watch on March 5, we will broadcast part of the briefing (the broadcast will be available on Commvault’s Facebook page as a Facebook Live broadcast: https://www.facebook.com/Commvault/
Even better, make plans to join us in person at the joint Commvault/Microsoft Executive Briefing for an in-depth overview, registration information and more details.
