It’s time to get into the caring spirit! October is Commvault Cares Month at Commvault, our annual month of giving back and raising awareness on causes close to our hearts.
Embracing the human side of us all, making a difference, and having an impact is core to Commvault’s culture. Although caring is a commitment we make each day, this month is dedicated to us celebrating on a global scale with special programs and opportunities across our global Vaulter community.
Wellness, particularly self-care, continues to be a top priority for us, which is why this year we are hosting our Commvault Cares Step Challenge, a global wellness initiative to get us moving together for a cause! That’s right – our Vaulters are getting active for their own health while raising money for three incredible charities: the Malala Fund, UNICEF, and the Smile Foundation. It’s a win-win – we are helping support others with every step we take, while also helping care for our own wellbeing!
Our step challenge is just the beginning – we have so much happening this month to show how we care. We’ll be hosting virtual events for our Vaulters on topics near and dear to our hearts. This includes our Hispanic Heritage Month event and our upcoming Courageous Conversation on domestic violence. Having discussions like this are so important for our Vaulter community because, as I like to say, we need to have the conversation to change the conversation.
And with DE&I at the forefront of everything we do, we’ll also be supporting our Employee Groups, which include our inspiring Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Employee Affinity Groups (EAGs), as they create additional opportunities for our Vaulters to get involved and show their support this month.
Living our value, we care, is something we do every day at Commvault. Commvault Cares Month is just another way for us to celebrate how we care for ourselves, each other, and our communities, as we make an impact together!
