At Commvault, the name of the game is data, and everything we do empowers our partners and customers to do amazing things with their data – whether that be storing, protecting, optimizing, and/or using their data, wherever it lives.
As a leader in our industry, partners come to us for our platform of Intelligent Data Services, an all-encompassing portfolio of solutions that address their customer’s biggest data challenges. Our focus is simple – provide our partners and customers with solutions that simplify and manage the complexity of their data and deliver those solutions in ways that organizations want to consume them – as a software subscription, an integrated appliance, partner-managed, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with our Metallic solutions.
Earlier this year we were recognized by CRN for our solutions and named to its list of the 20 Coolest Cloud Storage Companies of 2022, a subset of its Cloud 100 list. Not even three months later, we are being celebrated again; this time on CRN’s annual Storage 100 list in the Data Management category.
The Storage 100 honors best-in-class storage vendors that provide innovative products and services to the IT channel. The list is selected by a panel of CRN editors and recognizes vendors across software-defined storage, data protection, data management, and storage components. This year’s list represents the industry leaders of storage technology that can be used for traditional on-premises or cloud deployments.
The vendors were selected because of their demonstrated commitment to developing cutting-edge technology and building strategic partnerships. According to Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company, “CRN’s Storage 100 list celebrates the vendors that bring innovative technology to the IT channel at a time when the importance and prevalence of data has never been greater, regardless of company size.”
I couldn’t agree more with Blaine. The sheer volume of data continues to expand on a daily basis, and without proper management and backup capabilities, this data can be lost, the result of an internal error or an external ransomware attack. At Commvault, we work to put the safeholds in place before this even becomes a concern and make it as easy as possible to manage a wide breadth of data workloads. This is what companies need and we’re making it possible every day.
