Partner Success Desk Sets Course For FY20

According to recent research from Edelman, a global communications expert, trust has changed profoundly in the past year, with organizations specifically upgrading criticality of trust in the business relationships within their control.

This trend is most clearly reflected in our Partner Success Desk (PSD). Over the past two quarters our sales, technical and administrative teams within the PSD have worked tirelessly to expand our “trust commitment” to our entire partner community, and the feedback from our ecosystem continues to be positive. 

We are listening closely to their responses. The continual increase in engagement with our PSD team by our partners reflects the business benefits of developing relationships within trusted communities. With 451 live partner chats across sales, technical and operations in Q4 and EMEA alone, the PSD represents a complete and reliable single source of truth resource for our partners.

With approximately a third of our partners in EMEA now leveraging the PSD to address queries and problem solving, this central point of access has made it easier than ever before for our partners to trust and use Commvault solutions to their full potential. This, in turn, is making it easier for our partners to help their end users with more comprehensive, fit-for-purpose solutions.
