These Terms & Conditions provide the provisions under which authorised, eligible participants in Google Cloud Next Raffle (the “Raffle”) may participate. The Raffle is sponsored by (“Commvault”) whose registered office is 1 CommVault Way, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724, United States. The Raffle is offered in Atlanta, GA (together the “Regions”) and begins on May 11, 2026 and will run until May 13, 2026 (the “Raffle Period”).

Raffle is a lucky draw for Gafas Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer by completing the following steps:
- Visite el stand de Commvault y haga que le escaneen su acreditación
- Anuncio de los ganadores: Los ganadores del sorteo se darán a conocer por correo electrónico.
- Recogida del premio del sorteo: Los ganadores deben responder al correo electrónico para recoger su premio del sorteo.
- Requisitos para participar en el sorteo: La participación en el sorteo está supeditada a que se escanee la acreditación en el stand de Commvault.
Al participar en el sorteo, aceptas los siguientes términos y condiciones:
Who may enter: Participants, and winners must be legal residents of the United States, or Canada and 18 years or older at the time of the entry. If the age of majority in your jurisdiction is older than 18, you must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to be eligible. Winner assumes all liability for use of the Prize and related fees or taxes. Employees of the Company, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
Cómo participar: Los participantes deben acudir al stand de Commvault en el Red Hat Summit
Responsabilidades del participante: El participante será responsable de todos los actos y/u omisiones relacionados con el sorteo. El participante deberá facilitar sin demora toda la información, cooperación y asistencia que Commvault pueda requerir en cada momento en relación con el funcionamiento y la puesta en marcha del sorteo.
Claiming Prize: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use Participant’s employer’s name and logo, for Commvault’s promotional and advertising purposes.
Conditions: Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Participants agree to release and hold Commvault harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, settlements, or judgments arising out of or relating to their participation in this Raffle. Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and Internet access.
Impuestos: El valor de cualquier premio otorgado a un ganador podrá declararse a efectos fiscales según lo exija la ley. Cada participante ganador es el único responsable de declarar y pagar todos y cada uno de los impuestos o gastos aplicables asociados a cualquier premio. Conduct and Decisions: By participating in the Raffle, Participant agrees to be bound by the decisions of Commvault personnel. Participants who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Raffle, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Commvault will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Raffle, and Commvault’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.
Legislación aplicable: Las presentes Condiciones Generales se regirán por la legislación de Delaware, y los tribunales de Delaware tendrán jurisdicción exclusiva sobre cualquier controversia que pueda surgir en relación con este sorteo, sin tener en cuenta los principios de conflicto de leyes. Proprietary Rights to Content: The design and content of the Raffle and any related materials, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or patents and owned by or licensed to Commvault. All information provided to Commvault by any Participant as a result of this Raffle will be subject to Commvault ’s Política de privacidad.
Modification & Termination: Commvault reserves the right to audit, terminate, suspend, amend, modify, revoke or cancel the Raffle, in whole or in part, for any reason and at any time without prior notice. Commvault reserves the right to suspend or exclude a Participant from the Raffle in its sole and discretion.
