These Terms & Conditions provide the provisions under which authorised, eligible participants in Google Cloud Next Raffle (the “Raffle”) may participate. The Raffle is sponsored by (“Commvault”) whose registered office is 1 CommVault Way, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724, United States. The Raffle is offered in Las Vegas, Nevada (together the “Regions”) and begins on May 11, 2026 and will run until May 13, 2026 (the “Raffle Period”).

Prizes remain the sole property of the Participant and cannot be transferred (in whole or in part) to any other Participant. Participation and acceptance of any prizes are subject to your company policies. Public Sector and Government employees are reminded to confirm their participation and acceptance of any prizes are permitted by applicable rules and regulations. Prizes may not be bartered or sold or combined or exchanged with any other promotion. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Commvault reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable
Raffle is a lucky draw for Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer glasses by completing the following steps
- Visit the Commvault booth and have your badge scanned
- Announcement of Winners: Winners of the raffle will be announced via email
- Collection of Raffle Prize: Winners must reply to the email to collect their Raffle Prize.
- Raffle Entry Requirements: Participation in the raffle is contingent upon badge scan at the Commvault booth.
By participating in the Raffle, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Who may enter: Participants, and winners must be legal residents of the United States, or Canada and 18 years or older at the time of the entry. If the age of majority in your jurisdiction is older than 18, you must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to be eligible. Winner assumes all liability for use of the Prize and related fees or taxes. Employees of the Company, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
How to enter: Participants are required to visit the Commvault booth at Red Hat Summit
Participant Responsibilities: Participant shall be liable and responsible for all acts and/or omissions in relation to the Raffle. Participant must promptly provide all such information, cooperation, and assistance as Commvault may require from time to time in relation to the operation and implementation of the Raffle.
Claiming Prize: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use Participant’s employer’s name and logo, for Commvault’s promotional and advertising purposes.
Conditions: Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Participants agree to release and hold Commvault harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, settlements, or judgments arising out of or relating to their participation in this Raffle. Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and Internet access.
Taxes: The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winning participant is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes or expenses associated with any prize. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.
Conduct and Decisions: By participating in the Raffle, Participant agrees to be bound by the decisions of Commvault personnel. Participants who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Raffle, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Commvault will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Raffle, and Commvault’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delaware and the courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes that may arise in connection with this Raffle, without respect to the conflicts of law principles. Participants are solely responsible for compliance with any and all applicable policies or laws, including sanctions, and release Commvault from any and all liability related thereto.
Proprietary Rights to Content: The design and content of the Raffle and any related materials, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or patents and owned by or licensed to Commvault. All information provided to Commvault by any Participant as a result of this Raffle will be subject to Commvault ’s Privacy Policy.
Modification & Termination: Commvault reserves the right to audit, terminate, suspend, amend, modify, revoke or cancel the Raffle, in whole or in part, for any reason and at any time without prior notice. Commvault reserves the right to suspend or exclude a Participant from the Raffle in its sole and discretion.
