At Commvault, the experience of our Vaulters and the work we do truly matters – for our customers, our partners, and most importantly, for our teams.
For years, our India Center of Excellence has proudly held Great Place to Work certification. This year, we’re thrilled to share that our U.S. community also has been recognized as a Great Place to Work® Certified™ organization.
This recognition is more than a badge of honor – it’s a reflection of our commitment to creating a culture where people feel supported, valued, and empowered. From flexible work options to wellness programs and continuous learning opportunities, we are boldly building a workplace where everyone can thrive – personally and professionally.
- Empowering our culture: The certification process includes a confidential survey that highlights what we’re doing well and where we can improve. It’s a tool for reflection and growth, helping us stay aligned with our values and our people’s needs.
As we celebrate this achievement, we remain focused on the future. We’ll continue to listen, learn, and evolve across our global Vaulter community – ensuring our workplace remains inclusive, innovative, and inspiring.
Whether you’re a current Vaulter or considering joining us, know that at Commvault, we care deeply about our people and our purpose. Want to learn more? Check out our página de carreiras.
