Commvault Strategic Account Executives maintain and expand existing relationships with strategically significant large customers and prospects. This AE will be is assigned to a number of named accounts that will include existing customers and high potential account prospects. This individual is responsible for achieving a quarterly and annual sales quota by selling the Commvault Data Management and Security Software and SaaS solutions and services into their assigned accounts. They will be accountable for the preparation of an ongoing account planning process which utilises both internal and external resources for the goal of crafting significant financial business relationships with strategic accounts. What You'll do: Achieve quarterly and annual quotas by selling to established, large and sophisticated prospects and customers. Control and orchestrate the end-to-end sales process in million dollar plus, complex and multi-year relationships. Develop and implement Strategic account plans for target account expansion and new account acquisition. To include performance objectives, financial targets and personal goals for a one and three-year period. Build sales campaigns into target accounts and closely coordinate company executive involvement with customer leadership. Construct and deliver tangible business proposals at the CXO level including financial (return on investment & TCO), technical and strategic value propositions Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to new and existing clients. Improving the use of internal sales tools and processes to drive opportunities to a successful close. Identify and build strategic relationships with new and existing partners and alliances Negotiate and close deals following the company’s practices and processes Maintain a high level of industry, Commvault and competitive knowledge Deliver timely and accurate revenue forecasts. Who You Are: Demonstrable success in software / SaaS sales at the enterprise level; selling six-and-seven figure deals and handling an integrated selling team Shown success in driving business and establishing relationships within large businesses, selling directly and with channel partners Knowledge of Data management / Data security industry, products, competitors, history, emerging trends and changing marketplace Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills!
