I’m excited to share that we’re the proud recipients of two Gold Globee awards in this year’s 16th Annual IT World Awards – Commvault in the “Data Center Backup and Recovery” category and Metallic in the “Cloud Computing/SaaS category”.
At Commvault, Inclusion and Diversity are important to our company values. We pride ourselves in celebrating all members of the Commvault community, and we are proud to be honoring our female engineers on International Women in Engineering Day.
Commvault is uniquely positioned to deliver on all three and it shows: the GigaOm Radar for Hybrid Cloud Data Protection has named Commvault as a leader for both Enterprise and SMB segments.
Juneteenth (the blending of “June” and “Nineteenth”) is a holiday celebrating the emancipation of those who had been enslaved in the United States.
As we celebrate Pride this month, I would like to extend my gratitude to the LGBTQ+ community at Commvault and beyond for their unwavering strength, compassion, and courage in the face of continued discrimination and in defiance of the violence targeted at the community.
As I hope you’ve seen by now, today we announced Commvault has achieved “High Ready” status from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) for our Metallic Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS) portfolio and Metallic Cloud Storage Service (MCSS) offerings, and introduced our new Metallic Government Cloud offerings for federal agencies.
Whether you are Commvault certified (congrats!) or working up to a certification (congrats in advance) – we have some exciting news!
