This year’s global theme, #InspireInclusion, is already engrained in Commvault’s culture and the everyday efforts of our ERG. Our Women in Technology ERG brings together both women and allies to elevate and advance gender equality in technology and celebrate the inspiring women of Commvault who are driving our innovation and growth every day.

Today and beyond, we continue to support gender diversity initiatives and invest in our women leaders at all levels. This month, in honor of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, Commvault will be hosting our annual Confident U sessions, a women’s leadership development workshop. This is an opportunity for our female Vaulters to truly feel inspired to reach their full potential, as they learn how to transmit confidence, conquer self-doubt, and silence their inner critic to advance their career path.
Supporting and empowering the women of Commvault is a key component of our DEI strategy. We continue to work together to create a world where difference is valued and belonging is a non-negotiable both inside and outside our workplaces.
