We are looking for a Senior Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365, to design, build, and scale CRM/ERP solutions across our Customer Support and Success functions. The role demands a high level of technical depth in customizing Dynamics 365, building modern integrations, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should bring experience across the Dynamics ecosystem, from Plugin development to Power Platform automation, and a passion for solving complex business problems with high-quality code and scalable design. Exposure to AI/ML, Copilot, and Power Virtual Agents is a plus. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Key Responsibilities Technical Development & Customization Develop custom Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, and C# code using the D365 SDK and Power Platform. Build Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate Flows, and custom connectors. Create dynamic UI extensions and performance-optimized forms using JavaScript and XRM tools. Customize workflows and integrations where applicable. Integration & Enablement Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Function Apps. Connect D365 with platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, internal portals, and identity systems. Monitor and troubleshoot API issues, optimize workflows, and maintain high system uptime. AI, Analytics, and Automation Use Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Builder, or Power Virtual Agents to enable intelligent process automation. Embed predictive insights and recommendation models into Dynamics forms and processes. Partner with Data Engineering to surface meaningful Power BI dashboards within Dynamics. Collaboration & Agile Execution Interact with globally distributed Business System Analysts and Architects to align on design. Participate in daily Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution reviews. Document technical decisions, data models, and support DevOps deployment pipelines. Essential Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM, including Plugin and integration development. Solid experience with .NET, JavaScript, Web APIs (ODATA, REST), and SQL. Familiar with Azure integration stack (Logic Apps, Event Grid, API Mgmt, Functions). Strong understanding of Dynamics administration, performance tuning, and debugging. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and environment promotion practices. Preferred Skills & Experience Microsoft Certifications (PL-400, MB-600, etc.) Experience with AI in Microsoft stack (Copilot, AI Builder, Cognitive Services). Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRMs. Strong front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/Angular/Bootstrap). Familiarity with DevOps workflows, ALM, and release management.
