Today, leading industry analysts, experts and customers will descend on Orlando, Fla., for Commvault’s inaugural customer conference, Commvault GO.
Over the course of the three-day sold-out event, attendees will gain industry and technology insights, and participate in breakout sessions pertaining to best practices for today’s modern data center, the move to the cloud, backup, application recovery, and data management.
What to Expect at the Show
At the show, delegates will be able to attend nine keynote sessions featuring Commvault executives, industry analysts, and Commvault customers, as well as over 40 breakout sessions and hands on-labs.
One of the biggest problems facing the industry is the continued influx of data – where to store it, how to keep it protected and what to do with it. Commvault Chairman, President and CEO Robert Hammer will kick off the show with a keynote speech covering his vision on holistic data management and how to solve critical data related problems. Highlighting Commvault customer case studies, gleaning insights from 20 years in business, and covering industry trends and topics, Robert will arm attendees with the knowledge needed to manage, streamline and leverage your data, no matter where it resides.
Additional keynotes will be given by:
Former co-host of MythBusters, Adam Savage (@donttrythis), will leverage his insights from his diverse work experience and 14 seasons on MythBusters to take a unique look at today’s fast-paced and global data environment, and how data is at the heart of our lives.
Gartner Vice President and Distinguished Analyst, Dave Russell, will take a look at the forces that are transforming the backup and recovery market and discuss how these changes are impacting enterprises’ IT objectives and priorities.
ESG Founder and Senior Analyst, Steve Duplessie (@stevedupe), will provide tips on how IT leaders can stay on top of the latest changes in the technology industry and how to use this knowledge to deliver value to their enterprises and manage their own technology careers.
ComputerworldROI magazine Founding Executive Editor, Julia King (@juliaking), will moderate a dialogue with three of Commvault’s customers including American Municipal Power and Denver Health
We’re also thrilled to have technology evangelist, Robert Scoble (@scobilizer), host Commvault GO and drive conversations around data and infrastructure transformation.
Followers of the event can join in the conversation by using #CommvaultGO, and Commvault’s social channels will be providing regular news from the event across the three days.
Continued Momentum in the Industry
Commvault GO comes just after Commvault celebrated its 20th anniversary as a company, and 10th year trading on NASDAQ. It was a big day for employees, partners, customers and the industry, as Commvault begins to round out the year with stock up more than 35 percent. We’ve worked hard with our community and supporters to build the company into what it is today and are extremely excited to be celebrating this week at Commvault GO and to continue our work in delivering the best solutions for our customers and the industry.
