Workday Integration Analyst

The Opportunity

We have an outstanding career opportunity for Workday Integration Analyst at Bangalore location to develop, maintain, and optimize integrations between Workday and third-party systems. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Workday integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Workday Studio, EIB, and API expertise, along with a deep understanding of HR and Payroll data flows.

What you’ll do…

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and implement best-fit solutions.
  • Optimize existing integrations to improve efficiency and system performance.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across all integrations.
  • Have at least 3 implementations experience with workday studio and global payroll integrations
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
  • Develop and support integrations with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, ATS, and other third-party systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Support Workday bi-annual releases, assessing impact on integrations and performing end-to-end testing.
  • Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new integrations and enhancements.
  • Document integration designs, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday integration issues and data flow inconsistencies.
  • Work closely with IT and vendors to resolve API connectivity and authentication issues.

Who you are…

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience Workday integrations and system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PEO, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
  • Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, and scripting languages.
  • Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance data structures within Workday.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration failures, API issues, and security authentication errors.
  • Workday Integration Certification or Workday Studio Certification preferred.
  • Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
