The Opportunity:

Everyone with an idea is welcome to collaborate with our diverse team. We encourage you to explore an opportunity in our Learning and Development team as Lead Specialist L&D located in Bangalore. The L&D Specialist will support the achievement of corporate and management’s goals and objectives by designing, managing and/or conducting employee learning and development programs and assist with talent management initiatives.

What you'll do..

  • Partner with the L&D team and local HR Business Partners, managers, and employees to identify and collaboratively deliver performance and talent development solutions for individuals, teams, business units, or company.
  • Provide consulting, mentor and support to HRBPs , APAC Managers and Employees on various training-related projects, program, performance needs and development plans.
  • Assist in wide range strategic and operational Learning and Development HR activities including organization design, change management, leadership, and professional development initiatives.
  • Deliver and facilitate varied trainings, in various formats (classroom, web-based, blended) as appropriate.
  • Manage programs, schedules, and program logistics.
  • Ensure all training materials, reports and support materials generate a positive employee experience.
  • Evaluate and measure return on investment on all learning activities to determine impact on business outcomes and revise activity as appropriate.
  • Use AI tools to enhance program delivery and participant experience
  • Fully use the LMS (Docebo) to complete and handle program delivery.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Who you are:

  • Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a must, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of prior L&D or OD experience; must include developing, presenting, and running training programs.
  • Designing, developing, and delivering training programs tailored for the Sales team.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including ability to present in front of an audience (live and virtual).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: must be able to optimally interact with all levels of management to achieve expected results.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably Docebo
  • Proficiency with web-based meeting software, preferably Zoom, MS Teams.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Use AI tools for training delivery and enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Travel required, approximately 25%
