The L&D Specialist will support the achievement of corporate and management’s goals and objectives by designing, managing and/or conducting employee learning and development programs and assist with talent management initiatives. What you'll do.. Partner with the L&D team and local HR Business Partners, managers, and employees to identify and collaboratively deliver performance and talent development solutions for individuals, teams, business units, or company. Provide consulting, mentor and support to HRBPs , APAC Managers and Employees on various training-related projects, program, performance needs and development plans. Assist in wide range strategic and operational Learning and Development HR activities including organization design, change management, leadership, and professional development initiatives. Deliver and facilitate varied trainings, in various formats (classroom, web-based, blended) as appropriate. Manage programs, schedules, and program logistics. Ensure all training materials, reports and support materials generate a positive employee experience. Evaluate and measure return on investment on all learning activities to determine impact on business outcomes and revise activity as appropriate. Use AI tools to enhance program delivery and participant experience Fully use the LMS (Docebo) to complete and handle program delivery. Participate in special projects as needed. Who you are: Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a must, MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of prior L&D or OD experience; must include developing, presenting, and running training programs. Designing, developing, and delivering training programs tailored for the Sales team. Strong project and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills, including ability to present in front of an audience (live and virtual). Excellent interpersonal skills: must be able to optimally interact with all levels of management to achieve expected results. Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably Docebo Proficiency with web-based meeting software, preferably Zoom, MS Teams.
