Tom Broderick

Tom Broderick leads Commvault’s Strategy and Business Readiness teams. An eternal optimist, Tom always searches for the best way to connect our technology with our customers by taking an outside-in approach to design the business from their perspective.

It is in this way that Commvault is business ready to deliver a great experience to our customers at every touch point throughout their journey with us.Tom draws on a career that spans customer-centric, operational and globalization responsibilities.

Before Commvault, he enjoyed the food-cart-lunch life in Portland, Ore., as Chief of Staff for Puppet, and spent more than 16 years at EMC leading Product Marketing, Global Operations and Talent Portfolio strategies.

Early in his career, Tom cut his teeth in product management and sales for the eyewear company, Uvex. He has an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Bryant University. Tom and his wife have two children and live in Georgia.
